Clicking on the text to the right of to the "Company List:" heading will bring up a list of companies to choose from. If your company is not in the list choose the "NOT IN LIST" selection in the list to enter the information for your company.
Headings with a red asterisk next to them are required. These will have the text "New Value" in them when they are currently empty. Clicking on this text will allow the text to be edited. Fields that are optional will have the text "<null>" in them when they are empty. Clicking on this text will allow new text to be entered into this field.
Any incorrect text in the fields to the right of the headings can be clicked on and then modified to the correct information. The "Domain:" is the domain that comes after the "@" in your company email address, for instance "aecom.com".
Clicking on the text to the right of to the "Location List:" heading will bring up a list of locations for the company currently selected in the "Company List:" selection. If your location is not in the list choose the "NOT IN LIST" selection in the list to enter new information for your location.
Incorrect or missing values can be modified or entered by clicking on the incorrect text and entering new text. Once again required fields have a red asterisk next to the headings.
The optional fields "Longitude:" and "Latitude:" should be floating point numbers such as -95.3562 and 29.3264 respectively. These are useful for creating location and trajectory maps.
The "Website:" information should be the public website for your location or company if one exists without the "http://", as in "www.aecom.com".
Click on the "New Value" text next to the "User's Name:" heading and enter your full name. The "Logon Id:" is the name you will use to log onto the system with. The "Password:" should be a mix of upper/lower case and numbers.
When editing a field the "]" and "[" keys can be used for navigating to the next or prior field in a section. The "Esc" key will cancel editing of a field and return it's contents to the last value. Clicking outside the field or pressing the "Enter" key will close the field.
